This form is the first part of your application.

Application Process
1. Submit Application
2. Submit appropriate Application Fee
3. Submit your references, showing sufficient standing and activity in the community. This should be at least 3 letters, and shall include whenever possible:
a. Your High Priestess and/or Initiator (Wiccans - a Degree Certificate may substitute for this)
b. Members of your coven or community

Real names and signatures shall be used; everything will be kept in the strictest confidence. A phone number or other contact information must be included so that we can call the reference for verification. Reference forms are available here.
4. Verification of References - our job
For degrees: 5. Testing, Thesis, or Dissertation - ask for guidelines
6. Grading of test (or paper)
7. Completion of all required coursework
8. Acceptance of Qualifications - our job
9. Submit Certificate Fee ($20)

Receipt of Certificate or License should take 2-4 weeks from completing the process.
You may contact us at any time to find the status of your application. See the Contact Us page on the website. Please do not fill out this application if you do not intend to submit the Application Fee; since this fee is non-refundable (except for refundable portions of the License fee), we do not recommend you submit it unless you believe you qualify under the guidelines listed elsewhere on this website.
At the present time, we are assembling our curiculum for each of the various degrees, and will offer classes when available. You must have a current application and fee to qualify for the student price on these classes.
