You've seen the websites that will give you a ministerial license without asking any questions other than your name, address and phone number. You've wondered how much their certificates are worth. So have state legislatures around the country, not to mention your family, friends, and prospective clients.Pathways Sanctuary was founded in June 2005 to provide a religious organization honoring all forms of spirituality which will help to heal ourselves and the planet we live upon. Our plan was developed into three parts: to license ministers who are already doing the work, to issue degrees to those who have earned them but have no collegiate outlet to certify them, and, by charging reasonable fees for these two projects, to fund a Foundation which will help all those in need who may be overlooked by other service agencies.  We also will set up a store or stores selling spiritual items to further fund the Sanctuary and Foundation.


We are a non-profit religious organization, organized under the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina. All donations are accepted, and will be tax-deductible if you so choose to declare them. We are totally supported by donations from our Board Members and others on this or similar paths, plus our fees as described on the following pages.Pathways Seminary is constructing a collegiate Distance Learning environment - with credit for life experience - for those studying for the Clergy in non-traditional faiths professing a balance of Light and Shadow in worshipping the Almighty under whatever name. We offer teaching, recognition, and hopefully -- through our actions and those of our students and alumni -- a prestigious Degree and a Ministerial License from Pathways Sanctuary. We are in the process of developing our own curriculum, which we will implement as the courses become available.
