Pathways Sanctuary offers ministerial ordination and licensing; Pathways Seminary awards non-accredited Bachelor, Master and Doctorate degrees in Divinity. (These are awarded by classwork, examination, thesis, and dissertation, along with presentation of your community involvement and meeting other requirements.) We know you can buy these services from a lot of places, and all you get is a dent in your checkbook and a pretty piece of paper; it is our goal to present a legitimate ministerial and collegiate experience, and to achieve accreditation as we grow. Your involvement with us will help us toward that goal. We are a legally organized religious, educational and charitable organization, and have are becoming a major, accredited grassroots seminary serving all Lightworking paths -- for now, we are all of that save for the "accredited".

You may receive all or partial credit for course requirements below based on your Life Experience, as documented to, verified by, and qualified by the Board. Decisions of the Board may be appealed once, which may require further documentation provided by the student or those who are verifying his/her experience.We offer individual classes on a variety of topics, featuring a one-on-one experience with a teacher in your path (or as near to it as may be found). Classes will be reasonably priced for students, priced higher for non-students. By reasonable, understanding that we are not accredited we will not charge as though we were accredited. Most classes will be $10 per credit hour for now. Some courses may become available on audio tape for a nominal additonal fee.We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, but would suggest that Christians and Muslims may have other avenues, some already accredited. We will gladly credential members of any Eastern or Western faith or spiritual path.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age -- exception may be made for exceptional people of fewer years;
  
• Payment of Application Fee ($20, $10 of which is non-refundable) and completion of application.
  
• Submission of your background and references -- Please submit 3 references (form available elsewhere on this website) - a copy of a printed Degree certificate in a generally-accepted pagan Tradition or other path may be substituted for one of these reference if it can be verified.
  
• Verification of your activity in your faith or spiritual community.
• Completion of a 500-or-more word essay stating your involvement in your spiritual path and your community.
  
• Approval of the Board of your statements and references. (If this approval is not given, $10 of your fees will be refunded.)
  

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age -- exception may be made for exceptional people of fewer years;
  
• Payment of Application Fee ($20 non-refundable) and completion of application. (If you are applying concurrently for a Ministerial License, please submit a $30 fee, $20 of which is non-refundable.)
  
• Completion of 120 credit hours, or submission of life experience equivalent to class completion, as judged by the Board, including payment in full for all coursework (most courses at this level will be 3 credit hours each).
  
• Submission of your background and references -- at least 3 reference forms submitted (reference form is available elsewhere on this website) - a copy of a printed Degree certificate in a generally-accepted pagan Tradition or other path may be substituted for one of these reference if it can be verified. (If you have already submitted this with a previous Ministerial License application, this is not necessary, but you may choose to update them).
  
• Verification of your activity in your faith or spiritual community.
• Completion of a partial autobiography covering a minimum 5-year period which you feel is the most significant in choosing or following your current path -- you will be given from 3 to 15 credits for completing this, depending on completeness and depth, at the judgment of the Board, and may also help us evaluate your other Life Experience credits. (If applying for the Ministerial License, this is in addition to your 500+ word essay).
  
• Completion of all written examinations required during your coursework, at minimum completion of a single examination with a score of 70 or higher (out of 100) in cases where your Life Experience precludes the requirement of courses -- there will be a $10 retesting fee should a retest be needed.
  
• Payment of Certification Fee ($20), upon completing all requirements.

Master's Degree in Divinity:

• Completion of Bachelor's Degree.
  
• Payment of Application Fee ($20, non-refundable) and completion of application.
  
• Completion of all coursework, if any, and payment of all course fees incurred.
• At least 3 years' activity in community leadership in your faith or spiritual community.
  
• Submission (or update) of your background and references.
  
• Ministerial License through Pathways Sanctuary in good standing.
  
• Completion of your Autobiography in full.
  
• Completion and acceptance of a Thesis (ask for requirements) on a subject approved by the Board. If this is not completed to the Board's satisfaction within two years, a new application may be required.
  
• Payment of Certification Fee ($20) upon completing all requirements.

Doctorate Degree in Divinity:

• Completion of Bachelor's and Master's Degree.
  
• Payment of Application Fee ($20, non-refundable) and completion of application.
  
• At least 5 years' activity in community leadership in your faith or spiritual community.
  
• Submission (or update) of your background and references, including a copy of a printed Third Degree certificate that can be verified if one is available to you (see above).
  
• Ministerial License with Pathways Sanctuary in good standing.
  
• Completion and acceptance of a Dissertation (ask for requirements) on a subject approved by the Board. If this is not completed to the Board's satisfaction within 3 years, a new application may be required
  
• Payment of Certification Fee ($20) upon completing all requirements.
